Processes

Virtually every organization – except the smallest, of course – needs a certain system so as to be able to perform its activities – repeatedly, controllably and effectively. Process management belongs to those basic system tools which enable the work teams to work and cooperate in an effective and predictable manner – whether regarding production activities, supporting activities, operation and use of ICT or the area of safety.

In all these areas it is possible to define main, control and check processes; all of them belong among the necessary tools for the controllable growth, and the effective management of a company can hardly be imagined without them. However, their implementation is a very complicated discipline.

The path to the success is paved with many difficulties and only few of them can be seen at the first sight. Especially adequacy should be the categorical imperative here – many organizations, in the effort to increase the process maturity level quickly, choose a speed completely inadequate to the condition and potential of the managers, the existing customs, as well as the current status of the organization.

In the case of the correct approach, the choice of the optimum speed and investing a lot of the energy of the managers of the organization – and with the help of professionals – it is possible to achieve a significant increase in the controllability, growth of performance and effectiveness, and reduction of the total risk. It is clear that, like in other cases, it is necessary to be perfectly familiar with the needs as well as the initial and target position of the organization. Become aware of what is the main object of their effort, where it is coming from and heading to, and then choose the tailor-made solution that will help in future development and will lead to a significant increase of competitiveness in today’s dynamic environment.

On the basis of our long-standing experience we can help companies and organizations in many areas:

  • With the identification and detailed analysis of individual processes
  • With the correct set up of the processes in a certain area or the entire organization
  • With their innovation and subsequent control and automation of the processes as well as the workflow
